Junkyard Regulations Forms Pamphlets

The Outdoor Advertising department is responsible for the regulation and control of outdoor advertising and junkyards to promote highway safety, convenience and enjoyment of highway travel, along with preserving the natural scenic beauty of highways and adjacent areas.

It is the policy of the State of Missouri that the erection and maintenance of outdoor advertising and junkyards, in areas adjacent to the interstate and primary highway system, be regulated and rules and regulations promulgated by the Missouri Highways and Transportation Commission.
