MoDOT drawing standards are provided here for use by consultants in creating a MicroStation Drawing environment that exactly matches the environment used internally at MoDOT.  These standards, when used in conjunction with MicroStation ensure that drawings provided to MoDOT meet our requirements. As of August 1999, all files are configured for use with MicroStation J.  Many of these files should work with earlier version of MicroStation but have not been tested to ensure compatibility.  The final release of the MoDOT configuration for MicroStation SE is located at the bottom of this page.  This MicroStation SE configuration will not be updated. The files contained here are provided in one of three formats:  *.pdf files are Adobe Acrobat documents,  *.dgn files are MicroStation Drawings, and *.zip are zip compressed files that will need to be decompressed to use.  It is suggested you start with first reading the documents contained in the "information on MoDOT drafting standards" link listed below.  . These files outline how to use the associated standards.  A link to "Full MoDOT Configuration provides all the department MicroStation standards in a single .zip file for ease of download.  Users that are using the previous release of the MoDOT MicroStation or GEOPAK Standards are encouraged to download the full configuration to replace their older files.  Submit the following email if you would like to be notified via email about future updates to MoDOT's drafting standards and setup.
