Whether or not you choose to participate in the ceremonial
drive or other festivities, everyone is invited to the reception being
held in the County Market parking lot and sponsored by SMART. Cake and
drinks will be served, and this is your opportunity to visit with the
dignitaries and representatives who made this significant project a reality.
