Route 221 in St. Francois County will be reduced to one lane while the Missouri Department of Transportation crews perform drainage repairs.

The section of roadway is located from Beal Road to Corcoran Road.

Weather permitting, work will take place Tuesday, Sept. 6 through Thursday, Sept. 8 from 7:30 a.m. to 4 p.m.

The work zone will be marked with signs.  Motorists are urged to use extreme caution while traveling near the area.
