WILLOW SPRINGS - Route 21 in Carter and Ripley Counties will be reduced to one lane while Missouri Department of Transportation crews replace pipe under the roadway. 

This section of road is located from US 60 in Carter County to Route O in Ripley County.

Weather permitting, work will take place Monday, Jan. 28 through Friday, Feb. 8 from 7 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. daily. 

The work zone will be marked with signs.  Motorists are urged to use extreme caution while traveling near the area.
