MoDOT to shift traffic at Harvestowne August 24

ST. LOUIS - The Missouri Department of Transportation and its contractor, Fred Weber Inc., will move traffic onto newly constructed pavement at Harvestowne Industrial Drive near Route 94 in St. Charles County August 24.

Crews will start striping the new pavement at 9 a.m., weather permitting, and move traffic to the new pavement between eastbound Route 94 and the Regions Bank entrance before evening rush. Access to all businesses and the outer road will remain open.  To get to the 94 Convenience Store, drivers can use a temporary gravel entrance from the south outer road.

This is part of a $44 million project to extend Route 364 from east of Jungermann Road to west of Central School Road in St. Charles County. As part of this project, crews are building bridges at Jungermann and Central School roads.  It is part of a series of projects to extend Route 364 all the way to Mid Rivers Mall Drive. The project is scheduled to be complete in 2012.
