ST. LOUIS - The Missouri Department of Transportation and its contractor, Fred Weber Inc., will close Jungermann Road at Route 94 in St. Charles County for three nights, starting Monday, August 29, weather permitting.
The road will close between 10 p.m. and 5 a.m. the following morning on Monday, August 29; Tuesday, August 30; and Wednesday, August 31.
Crews are closing Jungermann between the north and south outer roads for Route 94 to place concrete girders for the new bridge over Jungermann Road.
Drivers can use Queensbrooke Road and Harvester Road to detour around the nightly closures. These detours will be marked.
This is part of a $44 million project to extend Route 364 from east of Jungermann Road to west of Central School Road in St. Charles County. As part of this project, crews are building bridges at Jungermann and Central School roads. It is part of a series of projects to extend Route 364 all the way to Mid Rivers Mall Drive. The project is scheduled to be complete in 2012.
